Kerry Campbell
RCMP Sgt.
Kerry Campbell has served 24 years as a Canadian police officer, with a career spanning uniform patrol, plainclothes, homicide, federal and international organized crime, criminal operations, and covert operations. For much of that time, he carried the toll the job takes on first responders—disconnection at home, a mindset stuck in worst-case thinking, and the slow erosion of the reasons he joined in the first place.
Four years ago, everything shifted. Through mentorship and immersing himself in mindset and identity work, Kerry rebuilt how he showed up—at home with his family, and back on the job with purpose. He now channels those 24 years of frontline experience and years of personal development into coaching first responders, military, and high-stress service professionals. His program helps them separate identity from role, build real resilience, and rediscover gratitude and presence in both career and family life.
