Justin Brunner
CEO, Post Secondary Professor & Coordinator and Firefighter
I am a lifelong learner, strategist, and creator who thrives on challenges in and out of the classroom. As the CEO of Decisolve, I unite my passion for problem-solving, user experience, and product development to help businesses grow and innovate. In parallel with my entrepreneurial work, I serve as the Coordinator and Professor of the User Experience Design program at Fanshawe College and a Professor in the Interactive Media Design program—roles that have culminated in 17 years of teaching experience.
My curriculum development and program mapping expertise allow me to shape transformative educational experiences that empower students and professionals alike. Outside of academia, I am a dedicated Volunteer Firefighter with the Municipality of Bluewater, holding Fire 1 and Fire 2 certifications, which exemplifies my commitment to teamwork, resilience, and community service.
When I’m not teaching, leading, or problem-solving, you’ll often find me exploring the great outdoors—honing my survival skills, enjoying nature, and embracing new challenges. My tattoos serve as reminders of the journey that has shaped who I am, reflecting personal milestones and the meaningful relationships I’ve built along the way.
At my core, I am driven by curiosity, collaboration, and a genuine desire to share knowledge—ensuring that every endeavour, whether personal or professional, contributes to a better future for those around me.
