Founder of The Complete Athlete and Lieutenant ( retired)
Brad Robinson is a former firefighter and lieutenant with 18 years of service, whose personal journey through PTSD and the long road to health and healing has become the driving force behind his work in mental health. After experiencing the challenges of trauma, identity loss, and healing firsthand, Brad transformed his lived experience into a mission: to support others facing their own battles.
Brad is a former baseball player for Team Canada and today works as a Mental Performance Coach and Founder of The Complete Athlete and a Counsellor at Coast Therapy in Pitt Meadows, BC. Brad works with athletes, first responders, and men navigating high-pressure environments. Blending his real-world experience with professional training in counselling and mental performance coaching, Brad creates a safe space for people to build resilience, strengthen their mindset, and discover that healing is not only possible—it’s powerful.
Brad brings compassion, honesty, and a “people-first” approach to every conversation, reminding others that asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness.
Brad’s mission is simple: IMPACT. Help people feel seen, supported, and empowered to take the next step in their healing and personal growth.
